Coach Bouffard's expertise lies in team leadership, capital raising, brand and business development. These skills have been pivotal in his success in scaling small programs to national success, increasing revenue, and recruiting service providers to meet executive demands

In his previous roles, Bouffard has demonstrated his ability to produce high-profile events that have impacted millions of individuals across the country. He has held positions at Football University (FBU), Varsity Brands, All American Games LLC, Youth Football Coaches Association, Digital Sports Video, Richmond Events, and Offense-Defense Football Camps. His tenure at these organizations has contributed to his extensive experience in event management and scaling brands.

In addition to his professional roles, Bouffard is also actively involved in volunteer work, particularly in organizations focused on children's causes. He has served as a Cubmaster for the Boy Scouts of America > Cub Scouts, an Assistant Scoutmaster for the Connecticut Yankee Council - Boy Scouts of America, a Youth Basketball Coach and Athletic Director at St. Catherine of Siena School, Trumbull, CT, and a Coach for Trumbull Ranger Youth Football.
